The Heath House provides a magnificent country house venue for weddings, civil ceremonies and receptions.
The sumptuous Drawing Room can seat up to 70 guests for the civil ceremony and for larger numbers the adjoining Library can be used to seat an additional 20~30 guests. If an outdoor wedding is your idea of romance, our Orangery provides a heavenly setting with guests seated on the lawn.
Weddings & civil partnerships
Our comprehensive wedding and civil partnership packages include a dedicated co-ordinator who will greet you on your first visit to the house, show you around the property and gardens, discuss your individual requirements, ensure all the preparations are handled smoothly, and be on hand throughout your special day.
Our tariff starts at under £5,345.00 for one of our custom packages. All of our custom packages include the following:
- ~ 24 HOUR Exclusive hire of The Heath House & Grounds from 11 am ~ 11am
- ~ Luxury Pavilion hire
- ~ Event management team
- ~ Overnight accommodation for 16 guests.
Bespoke packages can also be arranged as we take delight in offering you an unrivalled personal service. Optional extras are available with all of our custom packages, allowing you to have a truly unique day that is perfect for you.
Food and Drink
Fine food and wine is an important ingredient to any wedding celebration, whether you are planning a lavish reception or an intimate dinner. We have our own in house catering and bar teams, offering a wide selection of menus created using fresh ingredients and, wherever possible, sourced from local suppliers.
The Wedding Breakfast can be served in our heated, fully furnished marquee, followed by your evening reception. The Luxury Pavillion will accommodate up to 200 guests, however larger and smaller numbers can be accommodated subject to requirements.
Accommodation
Overnight accommodation, some with en suite facilities, is available within the house for the bridal party. For guests wishing to stay nearby, special rates have been negotiated with selected local hotels see www.doganddoubletsandon.co.uk
Location
The Heath House Estate is situated 1 mile east of the villages of Upper Tean and Lower Tean in Staffordshire. Stoke-on-Trent is 10 miles to the west, Derby is 25 miles to the east, Stafford is 15 miles to the south, and Alton Towers is just 2 miles away. The attractive market towns of Uttoxeter, Ashbourne and Leek are also nearby.
